photo MARLENE PELLIGRINO

Marlene is an executive coach for high-potential executives and managers who want to improve their leadership skills and achieve significant results both personally and professionally. She is also a certified trainer for the national Registered Corporate Coach Training Program (RCC) recognized by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Marlene creates a safe environment and easily engages others in looking at issues and behavior patterns that are getting in the way of success. She uses assessments as tools to uncover a client's strengths and challenges. She believes that in order to have a positive impact on others, people must first come to know who they are and how they behave in different situations through others' eyes. Her thought provoking questions and brainstorming sessions help to support and build on the client's own innate wisdom. This discovery process helps the client get clear on what's important and focus on the task of doing what matters most.

Marlene founded and operated a successful 15-year newsletter marketing company in Atlanta, which has gifted her with the ability to understand workplace challenges from both sides of the table. Her other careers included executive sales, marketing, new product development and graphic design.

Marlene has a BS from the State University College at Buffalo New York. She obtained her professional coach training from The Coaches Training Institute, a school accredited by the International Coach Federation. She has studied abroad through the New York State University system in Siena, Italy. Marlene is founder and managing partner of Andiamo Coaching and Training, LLC.

If Marlene wasn't working as an executive coach and trainer, she'd be eating and drinking her way through Italy, making friends and coaching people along the way.
